The following information sets out theterms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

  1. Processing your Order

    • An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

  2. Shipment Processing Time

    • Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.

    • After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 2-30 business days.We will contact you if, for some reason, there are any delays.

    • However, some orders may ship within as few as 2 and some may take up to 30.

  3. Shipment Locations

    1. Domestic and International

      • Origin Bean Pty Ltd ships domestically as well as internationally. If you have a question about domestic or international deliveries, please contact us at info@originbean.com.au.

    2. Shipping Restrictions

      • Our company does ship to both commercial and domestic addresses.

  4. Shipment rates and delivery estimates

    • We endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, anestimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence fromthe date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide onlyand are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are notguaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.

      1. Express ShippingThe order will arrive within 1-15 business days.

        • Express Shipping costs to be provided on quote based on order quantity.

      2. Standard Shipping

        • The order will arrive within 2-30 business days.

        • Standard Shipping costs to be provided on quote based on order quantity.

      3. Please note:

        • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

        • Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location,method of delivery, and the items ordered.

        • Products may be delivered in separate shipments.

        • When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date:

          1. Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

          2. Weight factor: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and thedelivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add theitems you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkoutpage. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

        • Due to Acts of God or Weather, packages to and from our facility in Kenya &Australia may be delayed. We appreciate your patience during this time.

        • We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.

  5. Tracking Options

    • Origin Bean Pty Ltd aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process.Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.

      1. Domestic and International

        • All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.

        • International orders are sent with the most affordable and efficient courier company. Thisservice comes with tracking and your tracking number will be sent to you once it has beenposted. If we are requested to make alternative shipping arrangements we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for the delivery of orders sent internationally.

  6. International Customs, Duties and Taxes

    • All orders shipping to a destination outside of Australia are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department. Origin Bean Pty Ltd is not responsible for any possible customs and taxes applied to your order. We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in anyway from these chargers and we work very closely with our brokers and carriers to ensure as few delays as possible. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. You agree that you are responsible for any duty, taxes, and custom requirements or other like taxes, fees, levies, costs or expenses associated with importing products you purchase from us and shipping them internationally.

  8. Missing or Lost Package

    • There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We’ve foundthat, more often that not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Origin Bean PtyLtd politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a lookaround and let us know if you find it. If you haven't located your order, please contact us atinfo@originbean.com.au to report missing or lost packages.

Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure that our wholesale customers are completely satisfied with their purchases of green coffee beans. While we uphold stringent quality control measures to minimize the likelihood of issues with our products, we understand that there may be instances where returns or exchanges are necessary. To facilitate a smooth and efficient process, we have outlined our return and exchange policy below:

1. Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product in your wholesale order, please contact our wholesale team within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. We may request photographic evidence or other documentation to assess the nature of the damage or defect.

2. Return Authorization:

  • All requests for returns or exchanges must be authorized by our team. Please contact us via email at info@originbean.com.au to initiate the return process.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and customers will be responsible for any associated shipping costs.

3. Return Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be in their original packaging and unused/unopened. Partially used or opened products will not be eligible for return unless they are deemed to be defective.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., shipment of incorrect items).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your package to ensure its safe return to our facility.

5. Refunds or Replacements:

  • Once the returned products are received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.

  • If approved, we will process a refund to the original method of payment or arrange for a replacement shipment, as per your preference.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

    • Products that have been opened or used.

    • Customized or specially ordered products.

    • Perishable goods.

  • These items are exempt from our return and exchange policy unless they are found to be defective.

7. Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe upon approval of the return request. Please allow for up to 30 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
